Customer File Upload plugin

This plugin enables you to insert a upload-form in the front-end of your blog. The upload-form is built with large uploads in mind. When a file is uploaded, a confirmation email will be sent to the front-end user as well as the webmaster.
Optionally, upload data can be written to a textfile.
The plugin looks for ‘‘ in your post or page, and will insert the form there. You have to insert this tag manually in your post.
The upload can be password-protected and is configurable in the options-page in your wp admin interface.
A stylesheet is included with which you can style the forms.

How to install
Unzip the download.
Place the rf_fileupload folder in your wordpress plugin folder.
For large uploads, you’ll have to do some .htaccess stuff. Notes on this are in the plugin-file.
Go to the plugins page in the Wordpress admin interface and activate the plugin.
You can play around with the stylesheet to style the forms.
