New Ranj Website
After a lot of intermediate versions, restyling and heated arguments the new Ranj website is finally online…
It is completely flash-based and I really got the chance to go all out. I am really happy with the result!
Some highlights:
- Navigating through the flash site shows up in your browser history so you can use the browser’s back and forward buttons.
- Auto alignment and resizing of items when resizing browser window.
- Intelligent image display, looks random but is still readable.
- Advanced image and data loading with a flash-based cache.
- Random access to all parts of the site using url’s, for instance: ‘www.ranj.nl/helloyou’ to access this particular project.
- Bilingual.
